Community Service Council of West Pasco Awards Grants to Nonprofits

Thank you Community Service Council of West Pasco for your support of our CEMA Program in Pasco County!  This grant will enable DAC to improve independence for people with disabilities by providing needed medical equipment and making minor home improvements for those who cannot afford to pay for these items.

***URGENT*** Rollators needed!

If you have or know of anyone who has a rollator that is no longer needed, please consider donating it to Disability Achievement Center.  Your donation is tax deductible and will help a person with a disability who cannot afford to purchase one.  Please share and thank you in advance!

Pasco Aging Network Awards Grants

On May 10th, 2017, Disability Achievement Center was awarded a $500 grant from Pasco Aging Network.  The monies will be used in our Consumer Equipment & Modification Assistance Program (CEMA) to provide Seniors living in Pasco County with durable medical equipment that improves safety and independence in their homes.  Some examples of equipment we provide include walkers, rollators, & shower chairs, as well as grab bars and access ramps.  The CEMA Program is a safety net, providing much needed equipment when insurance does not and no other means to acquire are available.  CEMA is funded solely through generous grants and donations.

Thank you Pasco Aging Network!
