PLANNED GIVING
Support DACIL via a Bequest

A gift to Disability Achievement Center enables you to support our mission to “Empower People with Disabilities” and make a difference in the lives of future generations. Your donations help people continue to live as independently as possible in our community with support from Disability Achievement Center. You should consult with your attorney to help write and specify the bequest and to make sure your will uses correct legal language, and that your intentions and goals for your gift are clear in all final documents.

What is a Bequest

Bequests are gifts that are made as part of a will or trust. A bequest is a gift of your personal property such as stocks and bonds, sums of money, assets, etc. Through your will, you direct this property to a charity of your choice.

Gift Options

There are various ways to give and to know you’ll be making a difference in someone’s life. It is recommended that you speak to an attorney or financial advisor to determine which type is right for you and if you are entitled to a tax deduction.
