Joe DiDomenico
It is with great sorrow that we share the passing of our former Executive Director, Joseph J. DiDomenico. Joe led Disability Achievement Center from 2012 to 2022 and was an inspiration to all of us to make our organization the very best. He built and supported a team who brought his innovative ideas to fruition. He was a true leader and advocate for the disability community.
We honor Joe today, and always.

Arlene Petrunich
Office Manager

She brings over 20 years of experience working with non-profits as well as background in office management, recreation and coaching.
As an advocate and Board Member for the New England Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Arlene was engaged in numerous fundraising campaigns, special events and government relations programs to raise awareness and funds for diabetes research. She has also been an Ambassador for USA Pickleball since 2016 and has helped grow and teach the sport to a multitude of people of all ages and abilities.
Arlene gained Office Management experience working for the Town of Mashpee’s Recreation Department, and she also coached both youth and high school lacrosse for over 15 years in Westborough and Mashpee, MA. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois and has 2 grown daughters – One in San Diego and the other in New York City.
